Information we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, organization and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about clinical research opportunities or partnerships.

How we use it

Submissions are delivered to the GTC team by email and may be retained in an internal system to track and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with GTC personnel and, where relevant to your inquiry, with the sponsor, CRO or research partner involved.

Protected health information

This website is not intended for the submission of protected health information (PHI) about identifiable patients. Please do not include patient identifiers in the contact form. Partner data exchanges involving PHI are handled separately under appropriate agreements and safeguards, consistent with HIPAA, GDPR and ICH-GCP.

Data retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to manage the relationship or as required by law, after which they are deleted.
